1. Billing cycle
Privy Rewards memberships are intended to renew automatically according to the selected plan and billing cycle, unless cancelled or otherwise stated at checkout.
2. Payment processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Privy Rewards does not intend to store full card details on the website.
3. Plan changes
Upgrades may require immediate checkout and become active only once payment is verified. Downgrades may be scheduled to take effect at the end of the current paid period, depending on the app rules at the time.
4. Cancelling renewal
Cancellation stops future renewal. Where a paid period has already been confirmed, access normally continues until the end of that paid period unless the account is suspended for misuse or another lawful reason.
5. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails or is not confirmed, membership benefits may pause or end after the current paid-through period. Access is based on confirmed payment, not on an uncompleted checkout.
6. Refunds
Rewards have no cash alternative and unused rewards are not automatically refundable. Refund requests may be considered case by case where required by law, where there was a billing error, or where Privy Rewards determines that a refund is appropriate.
